The Power of One name encapsulates our business philosophy of managing an entire company through one software package/platform. We chose The Power of One name because of two powerful ideas that captured our attention.

The first, was W. E. Deming's concept of Flow Through Technology in Manufacturing that the Japanese first initiated with such phenomenal results. It has indeed gone on to revolutionize the manufacturing process.

The second, was T. H. Davenport's concept of Process Innovation in the office side of any business. Davenport gave a critical thinking voice to what our customers had been telling us they needed, but most important he also gave us practical/workable solutions.

We achieve this by working with our customers to find the best software package to meet their primary need, integrating it with other systems they already have and fully optimizing their workflow process in the way that Davenport suggested in his book Process Innovation. This "One" system produces unified processes, enforceable best practices, integrated software and high level reporting.
